Dustin Abell LMP
I was introduced to massage therapy at a very young age for treatment of chronic neck and back pain. The desire to help others with similar issues inspired me to become a Licensed Massage Practitioner. Since 2001 I’ve enjoyed providing deep tissue treatment, soft tissue rehabilitation, and relief for both chronic pain and acute injuries.
Nancy Abernethy LMP
I started massaging people when I was 13 years old, so it has always been my nature. After I got into a car wreck in my early twenties, I went to massage school to help learn how to heal my body. I truly enjoy not only helping people to feel better but to teach them to better understand how their body functions. When I can no longer physically do massage, I want to teach it to others.
I have been a massage therapist since the year 2000. I have been at Lifeplus since 2003. When I met my husband, he was always asking for massages, so when I was laid off from my job in the transit industry, I decided to go to massage school.
Lifeplus is one of the best places I have worked. That should be obvious, given I have been her for 16+ years so far.

I was inspired to become a massage therapist after getting headaches and migraines under control with massage and chiropractic treatments. I wanted to share with others what had helped me, and help give some relief from pain and muscle tension.
Sarah Dranberg LMP
My name is Sarah Dranberg. I have been doing massage since 1996. I began this journey in high school as I was the student trainer for the football and soccer teams. I really enjoyed working one-on-one with people and I find the human body very fascinating. After finding my way to massage school I realized how much I enjoyed this type of work and how satisfying it is for me to help others feel better on a daily basis. The type of massage I do I considers to be a deep Swedish massage.
